specficnz_2013_1stOut of a scrapbook of memories, expectations, and propaganda, the Lost are a generation of young women stuck in a dichotomous war of terror between the body and the mind. [30min]

Excerpt:

I’m sorry MJ.

No ifs, no buts.

I know those words are meaningless. There’s nothing I can do about that now. It wasn’t your fault. It’s not mine. Blaming the assholes who blew the Sydney terminal is too easy a cop out. They were just doing what they thought they had to do.

Generation Lost is too broke. It’s a giant-ass mirror they’re trying to put back together with paste and chewing gum. We did our best to avoid the collateral damage, but even we weren’t immune.

They lied to you. I guess I did too, because I didn’t want you to hurt.

Of course it hurts to die.

I’m sorry about that too. But this is where we’re going.
