miskowski_sp150S.P. Miskowski’s debut novel Knock Knock and first novella Delphine Dodd were finalists for a Shirley Jackson Award, in 2012 and 2013. Both books are published by Omnium Gatherum and are part of a four-book series called the Skillute Cycle.

Miskowski’s writing has appeared in Supernatural Tales, Nightmare Magazine, Identity Theory, Horror Bound, Absent Willow Review, Other Voices, Fine Madness and other journals as well as the anthology Detritus. With Kate Jonez, she co-edited the anthology Little Visible Delight. She’s received a Swarthout Prize for fiction and two National Endowment for the Arts Fellowships. She is a member of Wily Writers and the Horror Writers Association.
